The AEROMIG DW SY range is a line of 3-phase, dual voltage (230V/400V) water cooled units with a separate wire feeder, to provide the maximum mobility, robustness, and an excellent welding capacity thanks to their high power capacity, with up to 450 amps. The special construction of the transformer system and the double inductance system provide excellent arc stability in addition to an important reduction in the level of projections, both in carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminium.
Water-cooled with automatic flow and temperature protection BPS Box pressure ventilation system which increases performance, while being ideal for heavy work which requires large scale working capacity. BPS automatic - operates only when the equipment needs it, and so avoids an excess of metallic particles in the interior of the equipment and unnecessary energy consumption when the equipment is at rest. Double inductance, achieving excellent results in welding materials of a reduced thickness and applications in ALUMINIUM. BURN-BACK and SOFT-START are both adjustable, facilitating the adaptation of the equipment to multiple applications such as spot welding and high-speed welding, etc. Welding in 2 and 4 stroke (2t/4t) options meaning that welding can take place semi-automatically when the 4 stroke (4t) option is selected.
