The background history of SOLTER SOLDADURA SL begins here, when the technical team of SOLTER manufactures the first transformer that is distributed through different representatives. Since its beginnings, SOLTER has centered its efforts on the design and investigation of its products.

INDUSTRIAS SOLTER SL is created, the first name of the current SOLTER SOLDADURA, SL.

1992
|
The first part of the current SOLTER industrial building is built, housing the offices, warehouse and production centre. This year the first INVERTER of an integrate SOLTER design is manufactured.

1998
|
The present plant of SOLTER-1 is enlarged, and it begins to look like the present one.

1999
|
The first great series of INVERTER machines, model 100 Plus is manufactured.

2003
|
This will be the first step towards a new generation of products.
The wager laid on design gives its first results with the market launch of its extremely successful STYL range. This brand incorporates the latest technological advancements, like double ventilation, as well as an innovative design.

2004

As one of the principal wagers in constructive technology, SOLTER presents its new COTT concept.

2005
|
A new plant assigned to warehouse logistics and electronic circuit production that duplicates the surface occupied by SOLTER up to the moment, with up to a total of 6,000m2 constructed, is put into operation.

Complete automation of the electronic circuit production plant situated at SOLTER 2.

2007
|
The excellent acceptation of the COTT concept leads SOLTER to develop two new product ranges. The series TAPP, which is positioned as the “lightest” product on the market with a weight of only 1.9 kg and the revolutionary iCON concept that uses the DDR (Dual Density Reinforcement) technology for the most demanding user.

With the completion of the project SOLTER TIG, and the addition to product catalog iCONTIG, iCONTIG, and AEROTIG PRO AC / DC, Solter also positioned as a leader in the manufacture of professional TIG welding equipment.

This is the year of the renewal of the family MIG-MAG. The new lines AEROCAR, AEROMIG, AEROMIG.S, AEROMIG.D and AEROMIG.DW come to this family. SOLTER becomes global solution.

This is the year of the launch of 3 new business divisions WELDING SAFETY DIVISION with the new concept FOX, BATTERY CHARGERS DIVISION with the new NOVACAR and AGRICULTURAL DIVISION with the new NRG X5 electric fencers which together with the the already existing WELDING DIVISION completes the present and future for the SOLTER Group.
