Solter Blue Tungsten Electrodes 2% Lanthanum for TIG (GTAW) welding, designed for applications with direct current (DC) where arc stability and weld pool control are required. Their composition with 2% lanthanum oxide enhances electron emission, enabling fast and uniform arc ignition and greater durability compared to pure tungsten. They maintain a stable tip geometry for longer periods, reducing deformation and contamination. Suitable for welding carbon steels, stainless steels, copper, titanium, and other non-ferrous metals. Supplied in boxes of 10 units and in standardized diameters.
