Solter Black Tungsten Electrodes are manufactured from tungsten doped with 1% lanthanum oxide (La₂O₃), providing fast and stable ignition and low electrode erosion during the process. Designed for TIG (GTAW) welding in direct current (DC), they ensure a concentrated and precise arc when working on carbon steels, stainless steels, and non-ferrous metals. Their composition allows for extended tip durability and reliable control of the weld pool, even in demanding applications.
