The Solter R25 Acetylene Regulator is a critical safety device designed for precise acetylene gas management in oxy-acetylene welding and thermal cutting processes. Manufactured with a high mechanical strength HPB58-2 brass body, this pressure regulator guarantees absolute leak-tightness and corrosion resistance. Designed to withstand an inlet pressure of 25 bar, it regulates the outlet to a safe maximum working pressure of 1.6 bar, providing a stable flow rate of up to 5 m³/h. Its configuration includes left-hand thread (LH) connections to prevent cross-connection errors, strictly complying with the EN 562 standard.

    Key Features:

Specific Low Pressure Regulation: Calibrated to operate within acetylene safety ranges, it delivers a maximum outlet pressure (P2) of 1.6 bar, preventing flame instability in autogenous welding and oxy-cutting.

Optimized Working Flow: Its internal design allows a constant flow of < 5 m³/h, ensuring adequate supply for welding and cutting nozzles without fluctuations during consumption.

Safety Connections (LH): Incorporates left-hand threads to prevent accidental connection with oxidizing gases. G5/8 LH inlet and G3/8 LH outlet, complying with industrial safety standards.

HPB58-2 Forged Brass Body: The brass monoblock structure ensures exceptional durability and chemical compatibility with acetylene gas, withstanding wear in demanding workshop environments.

Precision Dual Gauges: Equipped with large diameter gauges with clear-reading scales (bar/psi), allowing simultaneous monitoring of cylinder pressure and adjusted working pressure.

European Standard Homologation: Manufactured and tested under standards EN-5171, EN-2503 and EN 562, guaranteeing the reliability of the safety valve and internal components.
