BLISTERS ELECTRODO RUTILO
BLISTERS RUTILE ELECTRODE are coated electrodes for MMA welding of carbon steels, formulated according to the E6013 classification, suitable for general work in maintenance, light structures, and metal fabrication. They provide easy ignition and a stable arc, even with low-power equipment, and ensure all-position welding with good penetration and a uniform weld bead. The rutile coating promotes a fluid, easy-to-remove slag, improving surface finish. They are compatible with alternating and direct current (AC/DC) and are supplied in blister packaging, making storage and occasional use in workshops or on-site more convenient.
Main Features:
✓ E6013 Classification (rutile): coated electrode for MMA welding of carbon steels, designed to provide a stable arc, good wetting of the base material, and uniform weld beads with proper penetration.
✓ Reliable ignition and re-ignition: the rutile coating enables fast and secure arc striking, reducing interruptions and improving work continuity, even with compact inverter machines or low-power equipment.
✓ All-position welding: controlled performance in flat, horizontal, vertical up, and overhead positions, allowing versatility in assembly, repair, and maintenance.
✓ Fluid, self-releasing slag: minimizes post-weld cleaning time and contributes to a smooth, visually clean surface finish.
✓ Good control of the molten pool: smooth arc with minimal spatter, making it easier to produce stable, repeatable weld beads, especially on thin and medium thicknesses.
✓ AC and DC compatibility: suitable for use with both alternating and direct current, adapting to a wide range of professional and semi-professional MMA equipment.
✓ Protected blister packaging: designed for occasional use or organized storage, helping to keep the electrodes in proper condition against ambient moisture.
✓ Wide range of diameters: available in Ø1.6 mm, Ø2.0 mm, Ø2.5 mm, Ø3.2 mm, and Ø4.0 mm, covering everything from light work on thin sheets to more robust joints in metal structures.
